Leonardo Picollo – Co-author & AI Tech Lead
Author and developer of the platform. Leonardo leads all technical aspects and specializes in artificial intelligence models, studying their inner workings to maximize their potential. With a background in 3D animation and VFX, he has been working exclusively with AI for about three years, producing images and videos for advertising campaigns. It was precisely this experience that revealed the limitations of existing tools, leading him to create NOEMA: a platform that orchestrates models and agents to enable both non-technical users and professionals to create video content effectively and at scale.
Federico Salvi – Co-author & Executive Producer
Co-author of the platform, he contributes to both the vision and product development from a production standpoint, thanks to decades of strong experience in the industry. He works as an executive producer in advertising, contributing to award-winning international campaigns recognized at Cannes Lions, Clio and Epica, with particular focus on editorial and branded content projects. In recent years, he has also worked on productions for RAI and SKY, returning to develop entertainment-related content.
Daniele Zennaro (Danxzen) – Director & AI Director
Director with over 25 years of experience, having worked with some of the most important brands, particularly in the automotive sector. He began his career working on film, then transitioned to digital and now to AI. He is deeply involved in the entire creative process, from concept to execution, and is among the first directors to fully integrate artificial intelligence into production, directly generating images and videos as part of his workflow. His work has been recognized internationally and has been awarded at Cannes.
