Today, most people are expected to solve complex problems while sitting still and thinking harder. However, increased mental effort does not always lead to better ideas.

Flow into Creativity is a 2-hour experiential workshop that challenges this paradigm by introducing movement as a key driver of creativity, focus, and problem-solving.

Through a combination of guided movement and design thinking methods, participants explore new ways of thinking, collaborating, and generating ideas by engaging both body and mind.

This session is designed for creative professionals and teams who want to unlock creativity, improve collaboration, and approach problems from a more dynamic and embodied perspective.

SATURDAY 9th MAY: 10 AM - 12PM
Duration: 2 hours, Language: English, Italiano
