In this intensive workshop, participants learn how to use Artificial Intelligence to quickly validate new business idea or new product line.
Through practical, guided approach, we work on four key elements needed to turn intuition into concrete strategy: identifying real problem to solve, defining target audience and initial market, building clear and differentiated value proposition, designing fast and testable Go-To-Market strategy.
During workshop, participants use validation frameworks and AI tools to accelerate activities that normally take weeks: market analysis, positioning definition, offer prototyping, and building initial launch hypotheses. Goal is not to create theoretical business plan, but to arrive at market-ready, testable strategy ready to be validated with real customers.
