"Brain + Eyes + Robots" explores what remains human and intentional in creative process as AI becomes part of image-making. Artists and designers have always worked through references, reinterpretation, collage, and visual culture. AI did not invent that process, but it has accelerated it.
Drawing from both artistic exploration and commercial production for Red Bull, Netflix, Sony, and Google, Paola Rocchetti reflects on how AI can help develop, test, and communicate ideas, while also revealing its limits. Tool can generate images. It cannot replace intent, judgment, or direction. Through lens of award-winning Creative Director whose visual language was shaped by classical Rome, London's cyberpunk culture, and LA's entertainment industry, this talk examines practical integration of AI into motion design and video production workflows. For creative directors, motion designers, and visual artists navigating generative tools, Paola demonstrates how AI serves human vision when guided by clear artistic intent—but fails when asked to replace creative judgment itself.
