Monica Magnoni is Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Dreel Holding Live Entertainment, where she works on evolving live as a strategic platform capable of connecting brands, content and community. At Dreel, she contributes to transforming live from an ephemeral moment into a value infrastructure, designing experiences that generate relationships, data and long-term impact.

Consultant in marketing, communication and innovation, she operates at the intersection of strategy, AI and experience design, supporting companies and brands in defining growth and transformation paths in increasingly hybrid physical-digital contexts. Professional journey blends heritage of major brands—Gruppo Autogrill, Giorgio Armani—with senior roles in leading Italian communication agencies, including H2H, Gruppo Roncaglia and Spencer & Lewis.

Serial entrepreneur in the creative-tech sector: in 2021 co-founded Experiency, a Web3 experiential marketing studio, and in 2025 Recall, a startup focused on personal safety. Author of the book "Fare business con le tecnologie immersive" ("Doing Business with Immersive Technologies"), exploring how AI and immersive technologies are redefining contemporary business models.

Live as a Platform. Real Is the New Rare.

LANGUAGE: ITALIAN

We are entering an era where everything can be generated. Content, images, experiences—all perfectly executed, instantly scalable. And yet, the more we produce, the more meaning seems to dissolve. In this scenario, the real question is no longer how to design better interfaces, but what remains when everything becomes synthetic.

This talk explores a fundamental shift: from execution to judgment, from content to identity, from digital experience to lived experience. As AI commoditizes creation, value moves into what cannot be generated—presence, emotion, and shared reality. Through the lens of live entertainment, we will look at how physical experiences are becoming the last space where identity is tested, not declared. Where coherence cannot be simulated, only experienced.

From "live as a platform" to the rise of phygital systems, this session will challenge how we design for a world where technology doesn't replace reality, but amplifies it—and where the real competitive advantage is no longer producing more, but remaining recognizable while everything else becomes noise.
