With over 15 years of experience, Laís Kantor is driven by a profound commitment to inclusive design. Her journey began to formalize this focus in 2015, working on dedicated projects at Avanade and launching the inaugural World Usability Day (WUD) for the Milan chapter. Her expertise was further refined at Tangity, before solidifying her reputation at Banca AideXa, where she led a critical project developed with accessibility and inclusion baked in from its very inception, which was then later recognized by iF Awards and Compasso D’Oro. Laís now leverages her strategic vision to drive transformative results across diverse sectors, ensuring design operates as a force for equity and efficiency.

Massimo Bertucci is an accomplished executive known for driving disruptive growth and market leadership, with deep experience spanning the B2C and B2B landscapes. As Head of Marketing for a successful scale-up, he has mastered the complexities of rapid expansion, successfully steering the company through a pivotal funding round and a critical business pivot. His tenure at Iliad solidified his reputation as a transformative brand builder. Here, he orchestrated a comprehensive brand revolution, guiding high-impact online and offline brand campaigns, and defining the brand's unique tone-of-voice that reshaped market communication. Massimo has successfully delivered strategies for global powerhouses as Harley-Davidson, Sky, Zalando, Decathlon, and many other top-tier brands, consistently linking communication to tangible business results.

Some studios start with a logo. At goodbase, they started with a shared value dictionary. Founded in 2024 by partners from three different countries, their studio was born from a shared low: the frustration of big-corp empty promises. In this multilingual speech, they share how they reclaimed their passion and purpose through the power of Transparency, Intention, and Progress.
