Francesco Bernabei is CEO, Founder, and Creative Director of MONOGRID, Creative Innovation Studio based in Florence and Milan with international presence in New York and Amsterdam. Entrepreneur and Digital Storyteller. Born professionally as fashion photographer, after experience in UK as Creative Producer returned to Italy to found MONOGRID in 2015 (officially launched 2016) together with David Hartono (Technical Director) and Daniele Pelagatti (Technical Director).

Reality that established itself in international landscape for development of Experiential Marketing projects. Over 10 years in advertising world, specialized in creation of hybrid film/interactive projects and building international qualified work teams specialized in development of interactive experiences across different media: web, VR, AR, installations, NFTs, etc. Started career in digital communication, first as photographer then as interactive director in London, spending three years working for one of most important digital production houses on international scene. Professor of creative direction and new media at several fashion and design universities including Politecnico di Milano, Istituto Marangoni, and IED (Istituto Europeo di Design). TED speaker. MONOGRID listed twice in Financial Times' Europe's 1,000 fastest-growing companies. Florence's beauty unconsciously has strong impact on creative process and is incredibly stimulating. International expansion key focus: MONOGRID's future lies overseas, collaborating with most important brands of world speaking at international level.
