Claudio Gasparollo is a look-oriented Senior Designer at Ditroit. With a strong background in Visual Communication and extensive experience in the 3D industry, including time in London’s VFX scene, he joined Ditroit over a decade ago, where he has played a key role in shaping the studio’s visual output. His approach is both analytical and highly visual, combining a meticulous eye for detail with a deep understanding of digital tools and processes. Irene Costantini is the Creative Producer at Ditroit, where she guides projects from concept to delivery with a hands-on approach. She oversees the entire creative process, ensuring that ideas are translated into cohesive and impactful outcomes. With a background in Communications and a natural instinct for visual storytelling, she brings together narrative, aesthetics, and strategy, drawing inspiration from cinema and analog photography. Irene thrives on building connections, between people and ideas. Her approach is driven by curiosity, adaptability, and a strong belief in the value of shared creative processes.

THE STUDIO

Ditroit is an independent design and motion studio based in Milan. Since 2009, it has partnered with iconic brands and leading agencies such as Microsoft, Droga5, Nissan, Grey, Hublot, Pantene, and MTV to craft visual experiences that captivate and leave a lasting impression. Driven by a spirit of exploration, Ditroit dedicates time to researching emerging tools and technologies, pushing the boundaries of storytelling, and transforming the familiar into new aesthetic landmarks. This ongoing research informs both client work and self-initiated projects, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous evolution. At its core, Ditroit is committed to creating work that is not only visually striking, but also conceptually grounded, where strong ideas and refined execution come together to define a distinctive visual language.

Through ongoing studio projects, Ditroit shares how stepping outside its core practice can open up new directions for research and creative exploration, from expanding familiar tools into unexpected territories to engaging with entirely new mediums. By moving beyond established workflows, the studio reflects on how experimentation becomes a way to question habits, redefine processes, and discover alternative approaches to making. A reflection on process, curiosity, and the value of embracing uncertainty to push creative work beyond what we usually do.
