Event Information

When will the official speaker program be published?

The speaker lineup is continuously updated as we confirm new additions to our roster. For the latest announcements, follow us on social media, check our website, or subscribe to our newsletter. We're constantly adding world-class speakers leading up to the event.

When will the detailed workshop program be published?

Workshop details will be published by the end of February 2026. All workshops are scheduled to avoid any overlap with main stage talks, allowing you to experience both without missing out.

What language is the event in? Will there be simultaneous translation?

The event is primarily in English, but some talks and workshops may be in Italian. The language for each session is clearly indicated on the individual speaker/content detail page. We are working to provide simultaneous Italian/English translation services.

How many stages will there be?

DDD26 features 3 stages running simultaneously: Main Purple Stage, Aqua Stage, and Open Stage, allowing you to choose from multiple talks happening at the same time.

What's the difference between Experience, Experience + Workshop, and Business tickets?

You can find detailed information about all ticket types, including current offers, group discounts (6+ people), and bundle options at milano.ddd.live.

Can I purchase single-day tickets?

Yes, daily tickets will be available starting late April, from €129.

Are student discounts available?

Yes! We offer up to 50% off student discounts when arranged through your institution. We're establishing partnerships with design schools and universities, and several agreements are already active. Contact your institution to check if they're part of our partner network.

Can I change the name on a purchased ticket?

Yes, name changes are possible until the end of April. Email us at info@ddd.it or contact us on WhatsApp at +39 378 0663212.

Are tickets purchased before the postponement still valid?

Absolutely. All tickets purchased before the event was moved to May 2026 remain fully valid, and ticket holders were promptly notified of upgrade opportunities.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Refunds aren't available, but you can transfer your ticket by changing the registered name until the end of April. Contact info@ddd.it or WhatsApp +39 378 0663212.

Can I purchase tickets via bank transfer or receive a company invoice?

Yes to both. All purchases include a proper invoice. Contact info@ddd.it or WhatsApp +39 378 0663212 for bank transfer arrangements or to request a pro-forma invoice addressed to your company.

Can I receive a certificate of attendance?

Yes, you can request a certificate of attendance after the event by contacting info@ddd.it or WhatsApp +39 378 0663212.

Is the event eligible for training funds (e.g., Fondimpresa)?

Yes, DDD26 is compatible with corporate training fund programs.

Are group discounts available for companies?

Workshops

How does the workshop included in my ticket work?

Once workshop titles are announced, you'll be contacted directly to make your selection. Your workshop ticket will be issued immediately after you choose.

Can I purchase additional workshops separately?

Yes, additional workshop tickets can be purchased separately.

How many workshops are there per day, and are seats limited?

There are 3 workshops per day, and yes, seats are limited to ensure quality interaction and learning.

Do workshops overlap with talks?

Never. Workshops run in the morning (9am-12pm) alongside B2B activities, while talks begin at noon across 3 simultaneous stages. You can experience both without conflict.

Where does the event take place and how do I get there?

How does check-in work?

There are separate check-in stations for Experience and Business ticket holders. Present your ticket via the Eventbrite app or a printed version with a visible QR code. You can check in at any time during the event.

Can I store my trolley at the venue?

Yes, a storage room is available for luggage. Ask at the registration desk upon arrival.

Can I attend if I'm not a designer?

Absolutely. DDD26 is open to everyone — designers, brand managers, marketers, developers, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in the future of creativity, design, and AI.

Will there be open calls for talks, workshops, or contests?

Yes. Follow us on social media, our website, and newsletter for announcements. The DDD rebranding open call has been postponed until after the event.
